Somatic Interactional Therapy (PSIP)
Somatic Interactional Therapy (PSIP) focuses on your autonomic nervous system. The idea is to access primary consciousness and guide the powerful healing potential that's already in your unconscious mind and body.
This therapy helps in a few ways: it brings the unknown to the surface, which lets you deal with past traumas and process them. What's different about PSIP is that it goes deeper than just the everyday thoughts we usually focus on. It gets your autonomic nervous system involved, working directly with your body's natural 'wiring' instead of only talking things through. The way PSIP works is built on a few core ideas. It's about reaching your primary consciousness, concentrating on your autonomic nervous system, and generally increasing your natural healing ability.
PSIP therapy form will be applied to recover from trauma, chronic stress, dysregulation, dissociation, PTSD, C-PTSD, depression, and in the process of recovering from addiction.
Integrative Trauma Theraphy
Integrative trauma therapy is a holistic approach to healing from trauma by combining different therapeutic approaches and addressing the physical, emotional and psychological effects of trauma.
One key aspect of integrative trauma therapy is the focus on the mind-body connection. Trauma can have physical effects on the body, such as chronic pain, tension, and other physical symptoms.
The goal of integrative trauma therapy is to help you develop a greater sense of safety and control, process the traumatic experiences, develop new coping strategies, and build resilience for the future.
CraniSacral Osteopathy
CranioSacral Osteopathy is an indirect manual treatment that aims to evaluate and improve the functioning of the craniosacral system.
It will allow the body to activate self-regulation and self-healing
The Cranio Sacral therapy treatment involves the central nervous system, the cerebrospinal fluid, the dural membranes (meninges), the bones of the skull, and the sacrum bone at the base of the spine.
The work is on the skull, spine, sacrum, or thorax. It relaxes these areas. It is stimulated by slight movements.
The treatment techniques vary according to the dysfunction and the indication.
The movements are very light. The patient often feels a sensation of warmth and energy flow and feel a deep relaxation during the treatment.
